Attestation Form definition

Attestation Form means the Green-e Energy Renewable Attestation From Wholesale Provider of Electricity Or RECs specified in the form set forth in Exhibit B to this Master Agreement, or such other form required under the Applicable Standard, which includes a binding declaration by the Seller, which substantiates the accuracy of the RECs and will provide all information required under the Applicable Standard.
Attestation Form means documentation provided from Seller to Buyer transferring title to the RECs, specifying the Facility, Eligible Renewable Resource, REC quantity, Generation Period and other information with respect to the RECs sold herein as well as declarations made by Seller with respect to such RECs to be completed in accordance with and on the form required under the Applicable Standard or as otherwise specified in the Confirmation Letter.
Attestation Form means the Green-e Energy Attestation From Generator Participating in a Tracking System specified in Exhibit B or such other form required under the Applicable Standard.
