Attending practitioner means a licensed physician or a registered professional nurse certified as a nurse midwife by the Michigan board of nursing.

Attending practitioner means a physician, dentist or podiatrist member of the Medical Staff with appropriate privileges who serves as the individual who is immediately responsible for a patient.
