Attaching Party definition

Attaching Party means any Party wishing to make a physical Facility Attachment on or in any AT&T structure.
Attaching Party means any Party with an existing or prospective physical facility Attachment on or in any AT&T- 21STATE structure.
Attaching Party means any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or cooperatively organized association, other than a utility or a municipality, which seeks to construct attachments upon, along, under, or across public ways or private rights of way.

  • The term “Other User” refers to entities, other than the Attaching Party, with facilities on an SBC-13STATE pole, duct, conduit or right-of-way to which the Attaching Party has obtained access.
