At Risk Amount has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 4.

At Risk Amount means 3% of the Effective Monthly Fee.

At Risk Amount means, for any month during the Term, fifty percent (50%) of the monthly fixed Service Fees per ACSA Site.

Examples of At Risk Amount in a sentence

• Verizon’s cumulative At Risk Amount to pay Non Performance Credits for the Core Application Availability SLA in any month is limited to a maximum of 100% of the corresponding Unified CX fees per month (“Monthly at Risk Amount”).

More Definitions of At Risk Amount

At Risk Amount means the aggregate amount of Subscription Fees payable by xxxxxxxxxx.xx during the respective Measurement Period before deduction of any Service Credits or other reductions.

At Risk Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Attachment A (Definitions) of Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement).

At Risk Amount means, for any month during the Term, an amount, expressed as a percentage of the Monthly Charges, which is the maximum amount that the Supplier will have at risk for Service Level Credits. The At Risk Amount shall be 10% of the Monthly Charges.
