ASX Listing Rule definition

ASX Listing Rule means a listing rule of the ASX;
ASX Listing Rule means a listing rule of ASX as amended or waived.
ASX Listing Rule or “Listing Rule” means the ASX Listing Rules as so named and provided by ASX Limited.

  • Listing Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

  • Securities Exchange Act of 1934 means the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as from time to time amended.

  • Stock Exchange Rules means the applicable rules of any stock exchange upon which Shares are listed;

  • Listing Market means the national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market.

  • De-listing means, in respect of any relevant Underlying Equities, the Exchange announces that pursuant to the rules of such Exchange, such Underlying Equities cease (or will cease) to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on the Exchange for any reason (other than a Merger Event or Tender Offer) and are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member state of the European Union);

  • ASX means ASX Limited (ACN 008 624 691);

  • Listing Requirements means the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

  • JSE Listings Requirements means the Listings Requirements of the JSE applicable from time to time;

  • Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • Securities Exchange means, at any time, the registered national securities exchange on which the Corporation’s equity securities are then principally listed or traded, which shall be the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ Global Market (or similar national quotation system of the NASDAQ Stock Market) (“NASDAQ”) or any successor exchange of either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.

  • Designated Stock Exchange Rules means the relevant code, rules and regulations, as amended, from time to time, applicable as a result of the original and continued listing of any Shares or ADSs on the Designated Stock Exchange;

  • Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings.

  • Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.

  • EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.

  • AIM Rules means the rules published by the London Stock Exchange governing admission to AIM and the regulation of AIM companies as amended or re-issued from time to time;

  • Trading Plan The meaning specified in Section 12.2(c).
