Assumption Notice definition

Assumption Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(c).

Assumption Notice means a notice of the assumption or assumption and assignment and any proposed Cure Amount provided to counterparties to executory contracts and unexpired leases pursuant to the Solicitation Procedures Order.

• Nothing in this Consent prevents or restricts the right of the Security Trustee to cure, or cause the cure of, any default of the Borrower under each Contract that would be curable by the Borrower, whether or not an Assumption Notice is given.
