Assumed RSUs means the New Company RSUs described in Section 6.11(a) that are assumed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Assumed RSUs in a sentence

  • Parent shall take all corporate action necessary to reserve for issuance a sufficient number of shares of Parent Common Stock for delivery with respect to the Assumed Options, Assumed RSUs and the Assumed PSUs in accordance with this Section 3.10.
