Assumed Plan definition

Assumed Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

More Definitions of Assumed Plan

Assumed Plan means each Employee Plan that is (x) solely sponsored or maintained by a Transferred Entity or (y) sponsored or maintained by a Seller or one of its Subsidiaries in which solely Business Employees are participants and, in each case, is specifically identified as such on Section 3.12(a) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
Assumed Plan means each Business Benefit Plan that is contributed to, sponsored, maintained or entered into by Seller or a Retained Subsidiary and that is listed on Section 1.01(c) of the Disclosure Schedule.
Assumed Plan means each Business Benefit Plan that is contributed to, sponsored, maintained or entered into by any Asset Selling Entity and that is listed on Schedule 1.1(c) of the Seller Disclosure Letter.
