Examples of Association of Purchasers in a sentence

  • The Purchaser(s) shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for used by the Association of Purchasers for rendering maintenance services.

  • The Promoter shall, on and from the Date of Possession, hand over the maintenance of the Common Portions to the Association of Purchasers and it shall be solely responsible for maintenance of the Common Portions.
