Association Members definition

Association Members means and consist of only the following types of District employees who are represented exclusively by the Association pursuant to the recognition clause contained in this Article: those assigned as teachers and teaching assistants in the regular day school instructional program and all those employed as per session teachers and per session teaching assistants, excluding all full time administrative personnel employed by the District.

  • We will notify all active Public Speakers Association Members of any and all amendments to the policy and procedures through PSA official means of communication, including but limited to, Public Speakers Association Members emails and postings on the Public Speakers Association Members’ Official Websites.

  • Public Speakers Association Members agree to indemnify PSA and hold it harmless from any and all liabilities including judgments, civil penalties, attorney fees, court costs or lost business incurred by PSA as a result of the Public Speakers Association Member’s unauthorized representations.

  • Association Member means an owner or a member of an association.

(“American Express”) and certain similar entities.

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.

  • Partnership has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Association captive insurance company means a company that insures risks of the member organizations of the association and their affiliated companies.

  • Member Association means any national football association affiliated to FIFA, irrespective of whether its representative team is participating in the Competition.

  • Association means the Public Service Association and Professional Officers’ Association Amalgamated Union of New South Wales.

  • Majority Participants means the Holder(s) of more than 50% of the Outstanding VMTP Shares.

  • Board Members means the Directors or Trustees of the governing body of the Fund, as the case may be.
