Association Building Representative definition

Association Building Representative as used in this Agreement means any qualified member of the bargaining unit who is designated by the Association to act as its representative at meetings and conferences at the school building level. The term "state or national Association representative" as used in this Agreement means any staff employee of the NEA-New Hampshire or the NEA. This term will be specifically stated whenever such representation is permitted under the terms of this Agreement. Whenever the singular is used in this Agreement, it is to include the plural.
