Associated Program definition

Associated Program has the meaning set forth in Section 12.5.3(c).
Associated Program means any marketing and/or promotional program conducted by BPDS or any of its Business Partners/Affiliates.
Associated Program means Intel’s cloud service provider program, the Intel® Cloud Insider Program, which Intel has or may implement in the future that is associated with this Agreement.
