Associated Persons definition

Associated Persons means the directors, employees (whether full-time, part-time or casual), Related Bodies Corporate, agents, contractors, advisors and owners of Tabcorp and the Venue Operator, respectively, (as is applicable).

Associated Persons means any natural or legal person associated with and/or that has a financial link with the Principal Cardholder (e.g. contractors or members of the same group of companies as the Principal Cardholder), on whose behalf the Principal Cardholder submits an Application.

Associated Persons means any person or entity associated with the Client that is named as an Associated Person in the Engagement Letter, or additional persons notified by the Client in writing, for which the Services are to be supplied.

Examples of Associated Persons in a sentence

• In the event the CLIENT desires, CLIENT can engage the PLANNER (and/or its Principals and Associated Persons) to implement investment and/or insurance recommendations as more fully discussed in PLANNER’s Disclosure Statement (see paragraph 7 below).

• In the event the CLIENT desires to implement investment recommendations on a non-discretionary commission basis, the CLIENT can engage the PLANNER’s Principals and/or Associated Person(s), in their respective individual capacities as registered representatives of Coastal Equities, Inc., an affiliated SEC registered and FINRA member broker-dealer (“Coastal Equities”), to implement investment recommendations on a commission basis.

• In the event the CLIENT chooses to implement by purchasing investment products through the PLANNER’s Principals and/or Associated Person(s), in their respective individual capacities as registered representatives of Coastal Equities, brokerage commissions will be charged by Coastal Equities to effect securities transactions, a portion of which commissions shall be paid by Coastal Equities to PLANNER’s Principals and/or Associated Person(s), as applicable.

More Definitions of Associated Persons

Associated Persons has the meaning ascribed to it in section 8 of the Bribery Act and will include any employees, agents and/or subcontractors of the parties;

Associated Persons means in respect of each Party, any officer, director, employee, consultant, agent, direct or indirect beneficial owner or shareholder, or any other person acting on behalf of such Party.

Associated Persons means, in relation to a Group Company, an officer, employee or agent who performs or has performed services for it or on its behalf.

Associated Persons has the meaning ascribed to it in section 8 of the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and shall include but is not limited to any employees, agents and/or subcontractors of UKPN or the Provider as applicable in relation to the provision of the Power Potential Services;
