Associated Party means, if used to indicate a relationship with a person or company
Associated Party means Andorra or the EU;
Associated Party means a party which is an ‘associate’ of the relevant Guarantor, Chargor, Purchaser or employer as the case may be, within the meaning of section 435 of the Insolvency Act 1986 except that where the relevant Guarantor, Chargor, Purchaser or employer is an Employer's Associate by virtue of paragraph 4(7)(b) above, the definition of ‘Associated Party’ is to be applied as if the relevant Guarantor, Chargor, Purchaser or employer was the Scheme Employer with whom the necessary pre-existing relationship is said to exist (or each such Scheme Employer as the case may be).

Associated Party means, with respect to any specified Person, to the extent applicable, such Person’s (i) predecessors, successors, executors, administrators, trusts, spouse, heirs and estate, (ii) past, present and future assigns, agents and representatives, (iii) each entity that such Person has the power to bind (by such Person’s acts or signature) or over which such Person directly or indirectly exercises control and (iv) each entity of which such Person owns, directly or indirectly, a majority of the outstanding equity, beneficial, proprietary, ownership or voting interests.
