Associated Parties when used herein with respect to Releasor, shall mean and include: (i) Releasor's predecessors, successors, executors, administrators, heirs and estate; (ii) Releasor's past, present and future assigns, agents and representatives; (iii) each entity that Releasor has the power to bind (by Releasor's acts or signature) or over which Releasor directly or indirectly exercises control; and (iv) each entity of which Releasor owns, directly or indirectly, at least 50% of the outstanding equity, beneficial, proprietary, ownership or voting interests.
Associated Parties means, collectively us, our Associated Companies, our third party service providers, and our third party licensors, and the directors, officers, members, employees, agents and representatives of us, our Associated Companies, our third party service providers and our third party licensors.
Associated Parties means and includes (jointly and severally), with respect of a person or entity, its principals, owners, members, shareholders, partners, directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, associates, representatives, advisors, consultants, attorneys, accountants, contractors and subcontractors, and each of them.

More Definitions of Associated Parties
Associated Parties when used herein shall mean and include: (i) the named party’s predecessors, successors, executors, administrators, heirs and estate; (ii) the named party’s past, present and future assigns, shareholders, direct and indirect parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and all of their officers, directors, attorneys or legal representatives, agents and representatives; (iii) each entity that the named party has the power to bind (by the named party’s acts or signature) or over which the named party directly or indirectly exercises control; and (iv) each entity of which the named party owns, directly or indirectly, at least 50% of the outstanding equity, beneficial, proprietary, ownership or voting interests.
Associated Parties means (i) each Supporting Party’s predecessors, successors, executors, administrators, trusts, spouse, heirs and estate; (ii) each Supporting Party’s past, present and future assigns; (iii) each entity that each Supporting Party has the power to bind (by such Supporting Party’s acts or signature) or over which each Supporting Party directly or indirectly exercises control; and (iv) each entity of which each Supporting Party owns, directly or indirectly, at least a majority of the outstanding equity, beneficial, proprietary, ownership or voting interests.
Associated Parties when used herein with respect to Releasor, shall mean and include: (i) Releasor's successors, executors, administrators, heirs and estate; (ii) Releasor's future assigns, agents and representatives.
Associated Parties. : means any bank, investment group, provider, supplier, fund or person or body corporate in communication with INTACAPITAL.

Associated Parties when used herein with respect to the Releasor, shall mean and include: (i) such Releasor's direct and indirect subsidiaries, divisions and affiliated companies; (ii) such Releasor's heirs, executors, administrators; and (iii) the predecessors, successors and past, present and future assigns of the respective persons and entities identified or otherwise referred to in clauses "(i)" through "(ii)" of this sentence.
Associated Parties when used herein with respect to the Shareholder or the JLW Related Owner, means and includes: (i) the Shareholder's or Related JLW Owner's successors, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, heirs and estate; and (ii) the Shareholder's or Related JLW Owner's future assigns.
