Associated Infrastructure definition

Associated Infrastructure means the network of facilities and infrastructure that support hydrocarbon processing from the research and development of new innovative technology, necessary construction facilities, the development of the value-add product itself, its storage, and eventual delivery to an end- user (e.g. modular yards, air separation units, rail transportation facilities; etc.);
Associated Infrastructure means any building or infrastructure that is necessary for the functioning of a facility or activity or that is used for an ancillary service or use from the facility.
Associated Infrastructure means infrastructure facilities associated with operation of an STP including but not limited to sewage pumping stations (including main pumping stations, intermediate pumping stations and any other pumping stations) and the rising mains, as described in greater details in technical specifications of each STP in relevant Facility Schedule, which need to be constructed and/or renovated and/or operated and maintained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Agreement. Associated Infrastructure means (i) the 400-kV, approximately 14-km overhead transmission line that will connect the Project to the Jordanian national grid, to be built by NEPCO;
