Associated Event definition

Associated Event means any event held in the Host City or surrounding areas that is directly or indirectly associated with the Championships. Such term may include any athletic competition (including mass running or walking events), exhibition, show, banquet, or other event, project, or program that USATF and LOC mutually agrees shall be associated with the Championships, all of which shall be subject to the terms and conditions described in Section 6.0(f) herein.
Associated Event means an independently hosted event that forms part of the Event program. “Business” means the party named as the “Business” in the Tasting Australia Associated Events Application or as substituted in accordance with these Conditions.
Associated Event means an independently hosted event that forms part of the Event program.

Examples of Associated Event in a sentence

  • Acceptance of these Conditions is indicated by the ticket holder’s purchase of and/or entry to the Associated Event.

  • Where concession or companion cards apply to the purchase of tickets, valid proof of identity must be presented for collection of tickets and entry to the Associated Event.

  • SATC will make reasonable endeavours to communicate with the ticket holder about the Associated Event but does not warrant that it will be able to communicate with all or any ticket holders about a matter, or that such communication will be timely, accurate or free from error.

  • The Associated Event ticket holder releases and indemnifies SATC, the Crown in Right of the State of South Australia, and officers, employees, agents, and contractors of SATC(collectively “ Related Entities”) against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, and expense that may be incurred or sustained by the Related Entities arising out of any act, matter or thing done, permitted, or omitted to be done by the ticket holder in relation to the Associated Event.

  • The Associated Event ticket holder releases and indemnifies SATC, the Crown in Right of the State of South Australia, and officers, employees, agents, and contractors of SATC (collectively “ Related Entities”) against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, and expense that may be incurred or sustained by the Related Entities arising out of any act, matter or thing done, permitted, or omitted to be done by the ticket holder in relation to the Associated Event.

Related to Associated Event

  • Designated Event with respect to X means that:—

  • Listed Event means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Widely attended event means an event at which at least 25 persons have been invited to attend or there is a reasonable expectation that at least 25 persons will attend the event and the event is open to individuals (i) who are members of a public, civic, charitable or professional organization, (ii) who are from a particular industry or profession or (iii) who represent persons interested in a particular issue.

  • Covered Event means any event or occurrence related to the fact that Indemnitee is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company, or any subsidiary of the Company, or is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, or by reason of any action or inaction on the part of Indemnitee while serving in such capacity.

  • Insured Event shall have the meaning given such term in Section 12.4.

  • Prior Related Event means any transaction, event, circumstance, action, failure to act, occurrence of any sort or type, whether known or unknown, which occurred, existed, was taken, permitted or begun at any time prior to the Effective Date or occurred, existed, was taken, was permitted or begun in accordance with, pursuant to or by virtue of any of the terms of the Credit Agreement or any documents executed in connection with the Credit Agreement or which was related to or connected in any manner, directly or indirectly, to any of the Notes or Letters of Credit.

  • Specified Event has the meaning given to such term in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA.”

  • Put Event means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Listed Events means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Company Triggering Event shall be deemed to have occurred if: (a) the Company shall have made a Company Board Adverse Recommendation Change; (b) the Company Board or any committee thereof shall have publicly approved, endorsed or recommended any Acquisition Proposal; or (c) the Company shall have entered into any letter of intent or similar document relating to any Acquisition Proposal in violation of the terms of the Agreement.

  • Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Notice Event means any of the events enumerated in paragraph (b)(5)(i)(C) of the Rule and listed in Section 4(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Barrier Event means that R (final) is lower than the Barrier.

  • Change of Control Put Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.1.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Event Determination Date means either:

  • OBFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Unmatured Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice, the passage of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Company Termination Event means any of the following:
