Associated Entities definition

Associated Entities means (where you are a body corporate) your shareholders, directors (as individuals not acting together as the Board), officers and employees, subsidiaries, parent companies, and subsidiaries of parent companies, and (where you are a trade association) your individual members;
Associated Entities means an entity from time to time of which a Group Company owns directly or indirectly or has direct or indirect control over more than 20 per cent. but not more than 50 per cent. of the share capital or other right of ownership (Sw. intresseföretag).
Associated Entities means the Employers and each and all of their respective current, previous, and future parent companies, direct or indirect subsidiaries, and affiliates;

  • Competitive Supplier shall not be responsible for any errors that Competitive Supplier or any of its Associated Entities makes in the provision of Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply only to the extent both that: 1) such errors are caused by errors or omissions in the information provided to it by the Distribution Utility; and 2) it was reasonable for the Competitive Supplier to rely upon that provided information.

  • Competitive Supplier agrees that it shall conduct its operations and activities under this ESA in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws regarding non-discrimination in hiring and employment of employees, and will require all Associated Entities to do the same.

  • Competitive Supplier also agrees not to engage, whether directly or through any of its Associated Entities, in any direct marketing to any Participating Consumer that relies upon Competitive Supplier's unique knowledge of, or access to, Participating Consumers gained as a result of this ESA.

  • Competitive Supplier agrees that it and its Associated Entities directly or indirectly involved in providing services or meeting the Competitive Supplier’s obligations under the ESA shall comply with the provisions of the Uniform Business Practices, as applicable to Competitive Suppliers, and any amendments thereto, notwithstanding any relief from the Uniform Business Practices offered by the PSC to the Program.

  • Competitive Supplier and its Associated Entities shall use all Commercially Reasonable efforts in preparing and providing any information or data required under the ESA.


More Definitions of Associated Entities

Associated Entities means FIA, FOWC, FOM, FOML, Formula One Asset Management Limited, Formula One Licensing B.V., Formula One Hospitality and Event Services Limited, the Title Sponsor or any engineering project manager appointed by SGPPL, and all other persons involved in the organisation, conduct and promotion of the Race;“Circuit Park”means the area around and within the Race Track set aside for the Race and events relating to the Race;
Associated Entities means with respect to any Person or Entity, such Person’s or Entity’s Affiliates, current and former officers, managers, members, Committee members, directors, shareholders, partners, general partners, limited partners, managed accounts and funds, predecessors, successors and assigns, and each of their (or such person’s) respective professionals, advisors, accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, investment bankers, consultants, employees, principals, members, shareholders, partners, limited partners, general partners, agents and other representatives, each solely in its capacity as such.
Associated Entities has the meaning given in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Associated Entities means any foundation, association, corporation, LLC, partnership or any individual, person(s), or group that was established or is controlled by the subdivider or developer, or any of the above entities which the subdivider or developer holds any relevant financial interest or is entitled to any relevant power.

Associated Entities means Fox Group Holdings Pty Ltd, Linfox Property Group Pty Ltd, PI Operations Pty Ltd, PI Circuit Pty Ltd, PI Visitor Centre Pty Ltd, PI Graydens Pty Ltd, PI Sunrise- McGuigan Pty Ltd, 265 Ingles Street Pty Ltd, Dorna WBSK Organisation S.r.l, the Crown in right of the State of Victoria, The Minister and officers and employees of the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, Visit Victoria Limited, Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme, Motorcycling Australia Ltd and Motorcycling Victoria, teams, service companies, national and international officials, race direction, clerks of the course, sporting technical stewards, timekeepers and marshals and all other parties involved in the conduct and organisation of the Event and their respective Personnel.
Associated Entities means affiliated entities, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and professionals (collectively “AP&AE”).
