Associated Data definition

Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;
Associated Data means any anonymized, pseudonymized and/or de-identified data that is provided with Original Material and ties directly to that sample.

Examples of Associated Data in a sentence

  • Each party shall maintain a Data Log or shall cause an intermediary to maintain a Data Log recording all Messages and Associated Data as sent and received without modification.

  • Each party shall be responsible for making such arrangements as may be necessary for the Data contained in its Data Log to be prepared as a correct record of the Messages and Associated Data as sent or received by that party.

  • These staff will be engaged in the fulfilment of your request to retrieve Associated Data and the provision of support services.

  • However please be aware that we do not audit or control what data a Customer chooses to make into Associated Data.

  • Inmarsat will ensure as specified in the Implementation Plan that transmitted Domestic Communications, and Call Associated Data, and Transactional Data related to Domestic Communications that are carried by or on behalf of Inmarsat are transmitted to or through a U.S. POP, at which Electronic Surveillance can be conducted pursuant to Lawful U.S. Process.

  • If you use the App to read a Registered Countermark, we will share such of your Submitted, Device and Location Information with our Customer which issued the Countermark as is necessary to confirm your identify, location and device you are using in order to retrieve the Associated Data.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • De-Identified Data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual.   • Public safety answering point or “PSAP” means an answering location for 9-1-1 calls originating in a given area. A PSAP may be designated as Primary or Secondary, which refers to the order in which calls are directed for answering. Primary PSAPs respond first; Secondary PSAPs receive calls on a transfer basis only, and generally serve as a centralized answering location for a particular type of emergency call. PSAPs are staffed by employees of Service Agencies such as police, fire or emergency medical agencies or by employees of a common bureau serving a group of such entities.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Designated Date means September 30, 2006.

  • Non-Associated Gas means an accumulation of natural gas in a reservoir where there is no crude oil.

  • Non Associated Natural Gas or “NANG” means Natural Gas which is produced either without association of Crude Oil or in association with such quantities of Crude Oil which by itself cannot be commercially produced.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.
