Associated Costs Rate definition

Associated Costs Rate means, in relation to any Advance or Unpaid Sum, the rate determined in accordance with Schedule 6 (Associated Costs Rate).
Associated Costs Rate means for any Local Currency Advance for any Interest Period, a percentage rate per annum, as determined in accordance with Annex I attached hereto on the first day of such Interest Period, determined by the Local Currency Agent as reflecting the cost, loss or difference in return which would be suffered or incurred by the Local Currency Banks as a result of: (a) funding (based on the Eurocurrency Rate and on a match funded basis) any special deposit or cash ratio deposit required to be placed with the Bank of England (or any other authority which replaces all or any of its functions) and/or (b) any charge imposed by the Financial Services Authority (or any other authority which replaces all or any of its functions), in each case to the extent attributable to such Local Currency Advance.
Associated Costs Rate is defined in Exhibit D.

Associated Costs Rate means the percentage rate per annum to be charged in addition to the interest rate which is intended to compensate each Lender for the cost to such Lender of compliance with (a) the cash ratios and special deposit requirements of the Bank of England and/or the banking supervision or other costs imposed by the UK Financial Services Authority (or in either case, any other authority which replaces all or any of its functions), determined in accordance with Schedule VIII, and (b) any reserve asset requirements of the European Central Bank.
Associated Costs Rate means, in relation to each Advance, the percentage rate from time to time determined by the Agent (in its sole discretion) as reflecting the cost, loss or difference in return which would be suffered or incurred by the Agent (and/or such Lender or Lenders as it may from time to time determine) (if the Agent or such Lender or Lenders funded such Advance) as a result of:
