Assignor Party definition

Assignor Party means one of the Parties, as the context requires, in its capacity as an assignor of Intellectual Property Rights to another Party pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Any Assignor Party or any Interested Party is hereby authorized to invoke this arbitration provision, and any judgment with respect to any award rendered pursuant to this arbitration provision may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Indemnified Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(c).

  • Managing Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).

  • Other Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).

  • Seller Party means Seller, any Affiliates of Seller, any direct or indirect subcontractors of Seller or its Affiliates and any of such subcontractors' Affiliates.

  • Assuming Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(d).
