Assignments of Rents definition

Assignments of Rents means, collectively, all of the Applicable Assignments of Rents from time to time.

Assignments of Rents means any assignments of rents, leases and profits now or hereafter executed by the Borrower for the benefit of the Agent, specifically including (but not limited to) any assignments of rents incorporated within any Deed of Trust and given with respect to the Initial Hotels, and any and all amendments and modifications thereof.

Examples of Assignments of Rents in a sentence

• Borrower shall have executed and delivered to Lender the Mortgages and the Assignments of Rents and Leases with respect to the Mortgaged Property and such Mortgages and Assignments of Rents and Leases shall have been filed of record in the appropriate filing office in the jurisdiction in which the Mortgaged Property is located or irrevocably delivered to a title agent for such recordation.

• Lender shall have received from counsel to Borrower reasonably acceptable to Lender in each state in which any Mortgaged Property is located its legal opinion in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, as to (i) the enforceability of the Mortgages, Assignments of Rents and Leases and any other Loan Documents governed by the law of such jurisdiction, (ii) perfection of Liens and security interests and (iii) other matters referred to therein with respect to each Mortgaged Property.

• This Agreement, the Note, the Deeds of Trust, the Assignments of Rents and Leases, the Environmental Indemnity Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Assignments of Representations and Warranties and such other Financing Agreements as the Lender may reasonably require.

• This Note is secured by the Loan Agreement, the Mortgages, the Assignments of Rents and the other Loan Documents.

• Where applicable, secured creditors may look to the prepetition Guaranties of Jay Sandford and the Assignments of Rents for recourse in the case of default.

More Definitions of Assignments of Rents

Assignments of Rents means the Amended and Restated Assignments of Rents and Leases of even date herewith from Borrowers to Lender pursuant to which Borrowers have assigned the Leases and Rents as described therein.

Assignments of Rents means (i) that certain Assignment of Rents and Leases of even date herewith given by Mortgagors in favor of Bank with respect to the Mortgaged Property located in the State of Delaware; (ii) that certain Assignment of Rents and Leases of even date herewith given by Mortgagors in favor of Bank with respect to the Mortgaged Property located in the State of New Jersey; and (iii) that certain Assignment of Rents and Leases of even date herewith given by Mortgagors in favor of Bank with respect to the Mortgaged Property located in the State of Pennsylvania; and includes any and all extensions, revisions, modifications or amendments at any time made to any of the foregoing.

Assignments of Rents means, individually or collectively as the context requires, (i) the Assignments of Leases and Rents dated November 14, 2006, one executed by each Tranche I Borrower, as Assignor, for the benefit of Lender, as Assignee, as each may be amended, modified, extended, renewed, restated, or supplemented from time to time, (ii) the Assignments of Leases and Rents dated November 30, 2006, one executed by each Tranche II Borrower, as Assignor, for the benefit of Lender, as Assignee, as each may be amended, modified, extended, renewed, restated, or supplemented from time to time, and (iii) the Assignments of Rents and Leases dated of even date herewith, one executed by each New Borrower, as Assignor, for the benefit of Lender, as Assignee, as each may be amended, modified, extended, renewed, restated, or supplemented from time to time.

Assignments of Rents. As such term is defined in Section 4.2(h).

Assignments of Rents. Collectively, the IHOP Property Leasing Assignments of Rents and the IHOP Real Estate Assignments of Rents.

Assignments of Rents means the assignment of rents and leases delivered from time to time pursuant to Paragraph 5.12 hereof, as the same may be amended, modified or restated from time to time.
