Assignment of Permits means, for each Qualified Project financed by a Loan to be made hereunder, that certain Assignment of Agreements, Permits, Licenses and Approvals executed by Borrower. For purposes of this Agreement, all such assignments shall be referred to individually and collectively in the singular.
