Assignment Document definition

Assignment Document has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d).
Assignment Document means, with respect to any Portfolio Investment owned by the Company, each assignment and assumption agreement or other instrument of transfer of such Portfolio Investment and any Underlying Instrument that is necessary for the transfer by the Company of all of its legal and beneficial interest in such Portfolio Investment and all related property.
Assignment Document has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • An assignment shall become effective when a formal Task Assignment Document is signed by the CONSULTANT and the AGENCY, except that emergency actions requiring a 24-hour or less response can be handled by an oral authorization.
