Xxxx Deere may condition its agreement to provide the Services to any Assignee upon John Deere’s approval of Assignee’s creditworthiness, the payment by Assignee of a re-licensing fee and/or the upgrade of System Hardware at Assignee's expense, or such other factors as John Deere may determine in its sole discretion.
