Assigned Trademarks definition

Assigned Trademarks means the issued trademarks, trademark applications and unregistered trademarks, in each case, listed on Schedule 2.1 attached hereto, and all goodwill associated therewith and symbolized thereby.
Assigned Trademarks means the Trademarks listed in Schedule 1.1.5 hereto.

More Definitions of Assigned Trademarks

Assigned Trademarks means: (a) the Trademarks identified on Exhibit A; (b) all goodwill associated with the business related to such Trademarks; and (c) all rights with respect to such Trademarks.
Assigned Trademarks means the AcelRx Trademarks that are approved by the EMA and by any other Regulatory Authority in the Territory for use with the Licensed Product upon the grant of the respective Marketing Approval in the Territory, if and when assigned to Grünenthal pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
