Assigned Personnel definition

Assigned Personnel refers to the individual(s) named and listed as “Hire Name” in an authorized Order to perform the work of the applicable Order.
Assigned Personnel have the relevant required training specified by EOPP and/or UOPP and have been designated by Assignment Order, either permanently or temporarily, to either the HIT or USAR primary apparatus (or cross-staffed apparatus), or HIT or USAR task force Engine Company.
Assigned Personnel. On signing this Contract, and subsequent thereto as changes in personnel are made, Contractor shall identify the person on Contractor's staff who will serve as day to day liaison for the Services. Contractor shall assign and maintain a staff of dedicated and competent personnel that is fully equipped and qualified to perform the Services required by this Contract. Provided, the Authority shall have the right to review and approve such personnel selections, and may reject any such personnel at any time whenever the Authority, in its sole and unlimited discretion, determines that such personnel is not qualified or otherwise unfit for such work.

Examples of Assigned Personnel in a sentence

  • The Assigned Personnel will submit to the Contractor travel receipts for Travel Expenses incurred and the Contractor will reimburse the Assigned Personnel within thirty (30) Days of receipt of such travel receipts.

  • The Contractor is responsible for informing the Assigned Personnel when an Assignment is terminated, whether for unsatisfactory performance or the end of the Assignment.

  • All Assigned Personnel that are submitted through an approved Subcontractor will be required to meet the same requirements as Assigned Personnel submitted directly by the Contractor.

  • Rates are inclusive of all burdened elements of cost, including sick leave and health benefits to be provided to any Assigned Personnel.

  • Upon request, the Contractor will provide, at no charge, detailed staffing reports that will include, at a minimum, the assigned Order Number, expenditures under the Order to-date, the name of the Assigned Personnel, the unit or office in which the individual works or worked, the Hiring Manager and/or Reports To person named on the Order, the original Start Date, the current End Date, Classification, and the applicable Billing Rate.


More Definitions of Assigned Personnel

Assigned Personnel means employees and independent contractors of Supplier and its subsidiaries assigned by Supplier to perform or provide Services pursuant to this Agreement and excludes, for clarity, Subcontractors, customers of Supplier (including dealers with which it has a contractual relationship) and other third parties.
Assigned Personnel means for purposes of this section 1.2 an Employee who, at the termination of this Agreement, is actively and as a regular part of his or her duties engaged, to the extent of [60%] or more of his or her productive time, in rendering the Services
