Assigned Frequencies definition

Assigned Frequencies means the frequencies assigned to the Licensee, as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto;

Examples of Assigned Frequencies in a sentence

  • The Licensee shall promptly provide any information requested by the Authority concerning the Licensee’s actual or proposed use of the Assigned Frequencies and other Radio Spectrum resources.

  • The Licensee shall notify the Authority promptly if the Licensee no longer requires the use of any or all of the Assigned Frequencies.

  • Cannabis processing facility means a person that:
