Assignable Charter definition

Assignable Charter means any time charterparty, consecutive voyage charter or contract of affreightment in respect of a Ship of a duration (or capable of exceeding a duration) of 13 months or more or any bareboat charter entered into in accordance with Clauses 22.16 (Restrictions on chartering, appointment of managers etc.) and 22.19 (Charterparty Assignment).
Assignable Charter means, in relation to a Ship, any time charterparty, consecutive voyage charter or contract of affreightment in respect of such Ship having a duration (or capable of exceeding a duration) of 18 months or more and any guarantee of the obligations of the charterer under such charter or any bareboat charter in respect of that Ship (irrespective of its duration) and any guarantee of the obligations of the charterer under such bareboat charter, entered or to be entered into by the Owner which is the owner of that Ship and a charterer or, as the context may require, bareboat charterer and, in the plural, means all of them;
Assignable Charter means any Charter of a duration (or capable of having or exceeding a duration) of 11 months or longer (including any extension or option of extension) entered or to be entered into between the Borrower (as owner) and the Charterer (as charterer).

  • The Borrower will not agree to any amendment or supplement to, or waive or fail to enforce, the Underlying Documents (other than in respect of any Assignable Charter) to which it is a party or any of its provisions without the prior written consent of the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders) which consent and instructions will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • In relation to the Vessel owned by it, (i) let that Vessel on demise or bareboat charter for any period, other than pursuant to an Approved Intercompany Charter, (ii) permanently remove that Vessel from service and placing such Vessel in cold lay-up, or (iii) enter into any Assignable Charter, without the prior consent of the Majority Lenders, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or denied.

  • The Resolution establishes the different minimum annual interest rates to be paid by banking institutions for savings deposits of natural persons (16% and 12,5%), for term deposits received by the banking institutions authorized to make money market transactions, and for transactions through which term participation certificates are issued (14,5%).

  • Except with approval, the relevant Owner shall not terminate or rescind any relevant Charter Document or withdraw the relevant Ship from service under the relevant Assignable Charter or take any similar action.

  • No Borrower will agree to any amendment or supplement to, or waive or fail to enforce, the Assignable Charter to which it is a party.

Assignable Charter means a Charter with an initial term or duration in excess of (or capable of exceeding, by virtue of any optional extension) 12 months;

Assignable Charter means, in relation to a Ship, any time charterparty, consecutive voyage charter or contract of affreightment in relation to that Ship of a remaining duration (or capable of having or exceeding a duration) of 13 months or more or any bareboat charter in respect of that Ship entered into in accordance with Clauses 26.16 (Restrictions on chartering, appointment of managers etc.) and Clause 26.19 (Charter Assignment), including, for the avoidance of doubt, each Approved Charter in respect of that Ship.
Assignable Charter means any Initial Charter and any time charterparty, consecutive voyage charter or contract of affreightment in respect of a Ship having a duration (or capable of exceeding a duration) equal or more than 12 months and any guarantee of the obligations of the charterer under such charter or any bareboat charter in respect of that Ship and any guarantee of the obligations of the charterer under such bareboat charter, entered or to be entered into by the Borrower which is the owner thereof and a charterer or, as the context may require, bareboat charterer and, in the plural, means all of them;2
