Assets List definition

Assets List has the meaning set forth in Section 5.14(e).
Assets List means, in respect of the Trust Assets as of the Cut-Off Date, a list prepared by the Originator setting out the relevant information related to each Entrusted Loan Receivable in form and substance satisfactory to the Trustee, which can be provided in the format of electronic document, compressed films or such other form acceptable to the Trustee (and further described in Schedule 2 to the Trust Agreement).
Assets List means the list of assets provided to the Court for the purposes of this Scheme, purporting to set out the Aggregate Initial Asset Share Transferring Assets, the Up-Front Guarantee Charge Transferring Assets and the Mortality Premium Transferring Assets; [this will be the list of assets determined in accordance with paragraph 4.6 of Schedule 5 to the Business Transfer Agreement]

Assets List. A list of securities and other Assets and Known Liabilities of or attributable to the Target Fund as of the date provided to Monarch.
