Asset Schedule definition

Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

Asset Schedule means Schedule 2 attached hereto, which lists the Note, as such schedule shall be updated from time to time to reflect any increases or decreases in the VFN Principal Balance thereof in accordance with Section 2.13.

Asset Schedule means, with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an Asset Schedule in the form prescribed by the Custodial Agreement.

• Each Asset Schedule and Exception List is to list all Exceptions using such codes as are in form and substance agreed to by the Custodian and the Company.

• A copy of each Asset Schedule and Exception List delivered to the Company is to be delivered contemporaneously to the Initial Member and to the PMN Agent and each Purchase Money Notes Guarantor.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 6.1, if the Asset Schedule and Exception List attached to the Collateral Certificate is different from the Asset Schedule and Exception List most recently delivered to the Company, then the most recently delivered Asset Schedule and Exception List will control and be binding upon the parties to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Asset Schedule

Asset Schedule. For any Series, the list or lists attached to the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement consisting of the related Contract Schedule, if any, and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, if any.

Asset Schedule means a list of all Assets pledged and/or delivered from time to time by Seller to Buyer, as such schedule shall be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.02 hereof.

Asset Schedule means, with respect to any Advance as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium generated by the related Borrower and delivered to Administrative Agent and Calculation Agent, which provides information relating to the Financed SF Properties and the proposed Eligible SF Properties in a format containing the fields specified on Exhibit B.

Asset Schedule is defined in the Custodial Agreement.

Asset Schedule means a listing of Assets to be made subject to this Agreement, as agreed to by the parties from time to time, and containing such information as may be agreed to by the parties. An Asset Schedule may, but is not required to be, incorporated into or attached to an Appendix.
