Asset Schedule definition

Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.
Asset Schedule means Schedule 2 attached hereto, which lists the Note, as such schedule shall be updated from time to time to reflect any increases or decreases in the VFN Principal Balance thereof in accordance with Section 2.13.
Asset Schedule means, with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an Asset Schedule in the form prescribed by the Custodial Agreement.

More Definitions of Asset Schedule

Asset Schedule. For any Series, the list or lists attached to the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement consisting of the related Contract Schedule, if any, and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, if any.
Asset Schedule means a list of all Assets pledged and/or delivered from time to time by Seller to Buyer, as such schedule shall be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.02 hereof.
