The Notes shall be subject to repurchase by the Issuer pursuant to an Asset Sale Offer as provided in Section 4.10 or a Change of Control Offer as provided in Section 4.14.
This Note is subject to optional redemption, and may be the subject of an Asset Sale Offer or a Change of Control Offer, as further Exhibit A-4 described in the Indenture.
