Asset Records definition

Asset Records. All lease files, land files, well files, gas and oil sales contract files, gas processing files, division order files, abstracts, title opinions, land surveys, cores, logs, geological and geophysical information, maps, hazard surveys, engineering data and reports, production records, reserve studies and evaluations (insofar as they cover and exist within the boundaries of the Assets), and other books, records, data, files, maps and accounting records, in each case to the extent related to the Assets, or used or held for use in connection with the ownership, use, maintenance, or operation thereof.
Asset Records means the computer and manual records, files, internal data, books and all other information (including information stored in information systems) related to the Collateral Security Assets or to the Guarantor Collection Accounts (and the operation of the same), together with all Asset Contractual Documentation.

Asset Records means all lease files, land files, well files, oil, gas and natural gas liquids sales contract files, gas processing files, division order files, abstracts, title opinions, land surveys, cores, logs, geological and geophysical information, maps, hazard surveys, engineering data and reports, production records, reserve studies and evaluations, and other books, records, data, files, maps, and accounting records, in each case only to the extent related to the Assets, or used or held for use in connection with the ownership, use, maintenance, or operation thereof.
Asset Records means the computer and manual records, files, internal data, books and all other information (including information stored in information systems) related to the Assigned Assets, together with all original, executive or true copies (copias ejecutivas) of any contract, instrument or other document (such as riders, waivers and amendments) providing for the terms and conditions of, and/or evidencing title and benefit to, such Assigned Assets and any Related Security.
Asset Records. ’ means the original and/or any copies of the Asset Agreements and all documents and records, in whatever form or medium, relating to the Asset Agreements including all computer tapes and discs specifying, among other things, Obligor details and the amount and dates on which scheduled payments are due and are paid under the Asset Agreements;

Asset Records means all files, books, records, Contracts, abstracts of title, title opinions, title files, ownership maps, leases, files, assignments and documents, including printouts of any such items that exist in electronic media, of Seller that are related to (a) the operation, construction, maintenance or repair of the Assets or the Company Assets (including plans, operational manuals and operational files), (b) the Land Newco Shares, (c) the Pipeline Newco Shares, (d) Seller's Business or Company's Business or (e) any Assigned Contracts; provided, however, that the files, books and records described in (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall not include (i) any corporate, marketing, financial or tax (except Property Tax) files, books and records, (ii) any litigation and other legal department files, books and records, (iii) any files, books and records with respect to any business included in the Excluded Assets, and (iv) any files, books and records relating to the Transferred Employees or the Employee Plans.
Asset Records means all records and files of MTM pertaining to the Mine, the Assets and the Property, other than Retained Records. Except to the extent such materials constitute Retained Records, and except to the extent that providing such materials would be in violation of applicable Laws, Asset Records include all available property, geological, geophysical, geochemical, metallurgical and engineering reports, analyses, data, maps and records pertaining to the Assets, the Mine, and the Property; all mill, processing and smelter records; all assays, surveys, technical reports, drill logs and samples; all records pertaining to Permits and environmental conditions at or affecting the Property; and all title records and conveyance documents held by MTM with respect to the Property; excluding any interpretive data or reports that are proprietary to or constitute trade secrets of MTM or any third party.
