Asset Portfolio definition

Asset Portfolio has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(b).
Asset Portfolio in relation to the fund, means the portfolio of underlying assets comprising the fund;
Asset Portfolio means the [ * * * ] of the Workbook, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 2.05. [ * * * ] is defined in Section 2.17.

  • The higher volatility of the two time periods is used to scale the Index’s exposure to the ETFs. ETFs with a Trend Signal of 0 on a Rebalancing Day will not be allocated any exposure and therefore will not be a part of the Asset Portfolio on that day.

  • The Asset Portfolio will consist of long-only positions in each Index Component, and each Index Component except for the Morgan Stanley Two Year Treasury Index is subject to a maximum exposure cap.

More Definitions of Asset Portfolio

Asset Portfolio means, in respect of each Series, the assets comprised in the relevant Tangible Asset Portfolio together with each Murabaha Transaction (if any) relating to the Series and all other rights arising under or with respect to such Tangible Asset Portfolio and Murabaha Transactions (including the right to receive payment of the Deferred Sale Prices and any other amounts or distributions due in connection with the relevant Tangible Asset Portfolio), as the same may be commingled from time to time pursuant to clause 3.16 of the Master Trust Deed. For the avoidance of doubt, an Asset Portfolio for a Series may comprise solely of a Tangible Asset Portfolio (and no Murabaha Transactions);
Asset Portfolio in relation to a portfolio, means the portfolio of underlying assets comprising the portfolio;
Asset Portfolio means the Initial Asset Portfolio together with any Eligible Portfolio Assets which (i) have been acquired by the Issuer pursuant to the terms of the Initial Asset Sale and Purchase Agreement or the Purchase Undertaking (and any corresponding New Asset Sale Agreement); or (ii) may have been substituted for any Portfolio Assets, from time to time, in accordance with the terms of the Initial Asset Sale and Purchase Agreement, the Purchase Undertaking and any related Transfer Agreement or the Sale Undertaking and any related Transfer Agreement but excluding any Portfolio Assets in relation to which clause 2.3of the Initial Asset Portfolio Sale and Purchase Agreement or any equivalent provision in any sale and purchase agreement relating to any Eligible Portfolio Assets acquired by the Asset Purchaser pursuant to the Purchase Undertaking or the Sale Undertaking has become applicable and the Seller has paid an amount equal to the relevant purchase price for such Portfolio Asset to the Asset Purchaser;
Asset Portfolio means the portfolio of Reference Assets from time to time which as of the Issue Date, shall be the Initial Asset Portfolio.
