Asset Documents definition

Asset Documents means the documents in the related Asset File to be delivered to the Custodian.
Asset Documents. Collectively, Contract Documents and Mortgage Loan Documents.

  • The Servicer will not (i) place, or (ii) knowingly (including for this purpose any knowledge that the Servicer would have obtained if it had complied with the Servicing Standard) permit (voluntarily or involuntarily) to be placed, or to exist, any Lien on any of the Assets, the Collateral, the Asset Documents, or the Asset Proceeds, except for, in the case of Collateral or Acquired Property, such Permitted Liens as the Manager may permit from time to time.

  • Except as otherwise directed by the Manager, the Servicer will (and will cause each Subservicer to) deposit into the applicable Escrow Account on a daily basis, within two Business Days of receipt, all Escrow Payments and all other amounts required to be deposited in such Escrow Account pursuant to the applicable Asset Documents.

More Definitions of Asset Documents

Asset Documents means the agreements and documents through which the rights to conduct Petroleum Operations and all other rights related to the development and exploitation of the Contract Area are derived, including, but not limited to, the Contract, the Agreement and the Initial Agreement.
Asset Documents means all Leases and related documents and other contracts and agreements of any Person within the Serviced Group the terms of which relate to or affect any of the Assets.
Asset Documents means the deeds, agreements, licences, letters and other documents specified in Schedule 4;
Asset Documents means (a) all documents, agreements, certificates, instruments and other writings (including all Collateral Documents) now or hereafter executed by or delivered or caused to be delivered by any Borrower, any Obligor or any other obligor evidencing, creating, guaranteeing or securing, or otherwise executed or delivered in respect of, all or any part of an Asset or evidencing any transaction contemplated thereby (including, for this purpose, title insurance policies and endorsements thereto), and all Modifications thereto, and (b) without limiting the generality of clause (a), all documents, agreements, instruments and other writings pursuant to which the Failed Bank has any obligation to make a principal advance to any Borrower (which principal advance, if it had been made on or prior to the Cut-Off Date, would have been reflected in the calculation of the outstanding principal balance of a Loan).
Asset Documents means with respect to any Asset, as applicable, the related Note with applicable addenda and riders, Security Instrument with applicable addenda and riders, Assignment and any intervening related Assignments, title Insurance Policy, mortgage Insurance Policy, Collateral Insurance Policy, appraisal report, and all other documents and instruments pertaining to an Asset, to the extent in the Owner’s or the Owner’s agent’s (including a custodian’s) possession and delivered to Servicer.
Asset Documents means, (i) with respect to any Loan, the related Loan Documents and (ii) with respect to any Purchased Policy, the related Purchased Policy Documents.
Asset Documents means, with respect to an Underlying Mortgage Loan or Underlying REO Property, each of the documents comprising the Asset File for such Underlying Mortgage Loan or Underlying REO Property, as applicable, as more fully set forth in the Custodial Agreement.
