Asset Data Record definition

Asset Data Record. A document containing the information set forth on Buyer’s website(s), which may be amended, supplemented and modified from time to time as further set forth in the Handbook or such other information as Buyer may reasonably request from time to time, completed by Seller and submitted to Buyer with respect to each Purchased Asset.
Asset Data Record. A document, in the form required by Buyer and as may from time to time be amended by Buyer, as such form may be set forth in the Handbook, completed by Seller and submitted to Buyer with respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan.
Asset Data Record. A document completed by Seller and submitted to Buyer with respect to each Purchased Asset, containing, (a) with respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan, the full legal name of any Approved Seller/Originator that originated the Related Mortgage Loan with respect to such Purchased Mortgage Loan and, to the extent available to Seller, the loan number assigned by such Approved Seller/Originator to the Related Mortgage Loan with respect to such Purchased Mortgage Loan, (b) with respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan, a code indicating whether such Purchased Mortgage Loan is a (i) Servicing Released Loan, (ii) an Investment Property Loan, (iii) a Xxxxxx Xxx Mortgage Loan, (iv) a Xxxxxxx Mac Mortgage Loan, (v) a Xxxxxx Xxx PIW Loan, (vi) a Xxxxxxx Mac ACE Loan, (vii) an Interest Only Mortgage Loan, (viii) a Concentration Limit Exception Loan, and (c) the information as Buyer may reasonably request in writing from Seller from time to time.

Asset Data Record. A document containing the information set forth on Administrative Agent’s website(s), which may be amended, supplemented and modified from time to time as further set forth in the Handbook or such other information as Administrative Agent may reasonably request from time to time, completed by Seller and submitted to Administrative Agent with respect to each Purchased Asset.
Asset Data Record. A document completed by Seller and submitted to Buyer with respect to each Purchased Asset, containing, (a) with respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan, the full legal name of any Approved Originator that originated the Related Mortgage Loan with respect to such Purchased Mortgage Loan and, to the extent available to Seller, the loan number assigned by such Approved Originator to the Related Mortgage Loan with respect to such Purchased Mortgage Loan, and (b) the information as Buyer may reasonably request in writing from Seller from time to time, to the extent readily available and subject to confidentiality restrictions.

Related to Asset Data Record

  • Contract Data means any information provided in the tender document and agreed to by the Bidder.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Transaction Record means a paper Transaction record dispensed mechanically, or written notification generated by or on behalf of Us, or notice of a pending or completed Transaction or a summary of the balance of Your Account, including notifications issued by email or SMS text message to You or available as an Account Statement or balance of Account when You use a Mobile Device or other Access Terminal.

  • Batch Record means the production record pertaining to a Batch.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Customer of Record means the person that applies for utility service and is identified in the account records of a public utility as the person responsible for payment of the public utility bill. A customer may or may not be an end user, as defined herein.

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Servicing Records means all documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Transferred Loans and the related Obligors.

  • Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; and past due late charges.

  • Receivables Records means (i) all original copies of all documents, instruments or other writings or electronic records or other Records evidencing the Receivables, (ii) all books, correspondence, credit or other files, Records, ledger sheets or cards, invoices, and other papers relating to Receivables, including, without limitation, all tapes, cards, computer tapes, computer discs, computer runs, record keeping systems and other papers and documents relating to the Receivables, whether in the possession or under the control of Grantor or any computer bureau or agent from time to time acting for Grantor or otherwise, (iii) all evidences of the filing of financing statements and the registration of other instruments in connection therewith, and amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto, notices to other creditors or secured parties, and certificates, acknowledgments, or other writings, including, without limitation, lien search reports, from filing or other registration officers, (iv) all credit information, reports and memoranda relating thereto and (v) all other written or nonwritten forms of information related in any way to the foregoing or any Receivable.
