Assessment Content definition

Assessment Content means any questions, answer choices, assessment structure and any other supporting content forming part of Assessments licensed to Customer by Questionmark as described in the Order. Assessment
Assessment Content means any questions, answer choices, assessment structure and any other supporting content forming part of Assessments licensed to Customer by Questionmark as described in the Order. Assessment Content shall not include the software, scripts, documentation and templates provided by Questionmark and excludes Customer data and Results Data.
Assessment Content means individual items, materials associated with the items such as reading passages and graphics, assessments, and scoring materials created by ELS.

Examples of Assessment Content in a sentence

  • Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Services, including entering and maintaining any of its own Assessment material, validating the Assessment, checking all material including any Ready-Made Assessment Content, and checking scores and reports.

  • If the Order includes Ready-Made Assessment Content licensed to Customer by Questionmark, the Parties will comply with the additional terms found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx (“Supplementary Ready- Made Assessment Content Terms”).

  • It is possible to use the OnDemand Service to report on Results Data without including Assessment Content.

  • If Customer exceeds the limitations on use of Assessment Content in the Order, Questionmark may charge Customer for the excess use on a pro rata basis calculated with reference to the then current Order pricing.

  • If Results Data retention results in any retention of elements of Assessment Content question wording or choices, such elements of Assessment Content remain the exclusive property of Licensor, may not be used by Customer other than directly with retained Results Data and shall remain Confidential Information of Licensor.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
