Assertive community treatment team or "ACT team" means a mobile team of medical and mental health professionals that provides assertive community outreach treatment and, based on the individual circumstances of each case, coordinates with other medical providers and appropriate community resources.

  • Licensed professional counselor means a counselor licensed by a Member State, regardless of the title used by that State, to independently assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions.

  • Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.
