Asserted Patents definition

Asserted Patents means all patents asserted by Xxxxxx in the Litigations, namely, the following U.S. Patents: 5,825,898; 6,049,607; 6,363,345; 6,483,923; and 6,377,637.
Asserted Patents means any one or more of United States Patent Nos. 5,440,749 (“the ’749 patent”), 5,530,890 (“the ’890 patent”), and 5,809,336 (the ’336 patent”), together with any patents Plaintiffs may later attempt to assert in this action.
Asserted Patents. U.S. Patents Nos. 5,693,761; 5,693,762; and 6,180,370.

Examples of Asserted Patents in a sentence

  • Neither Party shall have any other responsibilities or obligations in connection with actions to enforce or defend the Asserted Patents.

  • This option shall run with the title of the Asserted Patents, and shall be binding on OPTi’s successors, assigns, licensees, and any other person or entity who obtains from OPTi a direct or indirect ownership or other interest (including any enforcement right) in or to the Asserted Patents.

  • Upon receipt of payment by Xxxxxx as set forth in Section 3.1 of the License Agreement, Xxxxxx and its Subsidiaries and Conexant, its parent and Conexant’s Subsidiaries shall release all claims, counterclaims and/or defenses against each other relating to the Asserted Patents that were brought or could have been brought of any kind and nature whatsoever, including but not limited to any claims in the ITC Investigation, as of the Effective Date.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and shall continue for the later of the Period or the expiration of the last-to-expire of the SITO Asserted Patents.


More Definitions of Asserted Patents

Asserted Patents means those patents specifically identified in attached Schedule 1.1.
Asserted Patents means, collectively, the ‘102 Patent and the ‘128 Patent.
Asserted Patents means any and all patents asserted by OPTi in the Lawsuit, including without limitation U.S. Patent No. 5,944,807 and U.S. Patent No. 6,098,141, and any patent or patent application that claims priority directly or indirectly to, or from which priority is directly or indirectly claimed with respect to, any of the foregoing patents or any patent or patent application to which the foregoing patents claim priority, whether or not pending, issued, expired, abandoned or closed, including without limitation any and all reexaminations, reissues, continuations, divisions, continuations-in-part and foreign counterparts of any of the foregoing patents anywhere in the world.
Asserted Patents means, collectively and individually, the ’517 patent, the ’241 patent, and the ’152 patent, as well as any other U.S. patent identified by You in this Investigation as allegedly Infringed by any of the Respondents.
Asserted Patents or “Patents-in-Suit” means the patents asserted in the
