Assembly Area definition

Assembly Area means an area in any building, or in any portion of a building, that is primarily used or intended to be used for gathering fifty or more persons for uses including, but not limited to, amusement, athletic, entertainment, social, or other recreational functions; patriotic, political, civic, educational, or religious functions; food or drink consumption; awaiting transportation; or similar purposes.
Assembly Area means the area within which the assembly activities are to take place. "City" means City of Belle Plaine in the State of Minnesota.
Assembly Area means a room or space accommodating a group of individuals for recreational, educational, political, social, civic, or amusement purposes, or for the consumption of food and drink.
