Ascendon SaaS Services definition

Ascendon SaaS Services means those services performed by CSG under an Ascendon Service Order to provide Customer access to the Ascendon System as identified in Attachment 4, and Attachment 4.1-A of this Exhibit, but does not include any Technical Services or Ascendon Additional Services.
Ascendon SaaS Services means the Ascendon Services, Ascendon Professional Services, Ascendon Support Services and SaaS Operations Services.
Ascendon SaaS Services means those services performed by CSG under an Ascendon Service Order to provide Customer access to the Ascendon System as identified in Attachment 4 , and Attachment 4.1-A of this Exhibit, but does not include any Technical Services or Ascendon Additional Services.

Examples of Ascendon SaaS Services in a sentence

  • In addition to any termination rights of either Party with respect to the Agreement in its entirety or an affected Product, Deliverable or Service pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, this Article 6 shall apply specifically to the Ascendon System and the Ascendon SaaS Services.

  • This Exhibit and the applicable terms of the Agreement prescribe the general terms and conditions of CSG’s performance and provision of the Ascendon SaaS Services to Customer.

  • The BCP shall identify a restoration time objective and a restoration point objective and shall include procedures to maintain business critical information systems and business processes in the event of any reasonably foreseeable unplanned interruption to the Ascendon SaaS Services provided pursuant to an Ascendon Order.

  • The Ascendon System is deployed using a dual, “active-active” architecture with fail-over capacity that will enable Customer to continue to access and use the Ascendon SaaS Services in the event the primary server location is unavailable due to a disaster.

  • If requested by Customer at its sole discretion, the Parties will comply with the following transition provisions following the termination or expiration of the Agreement or an Order Document in order to allow Customer to wind down the Customer Services or transition from CSG’s provision of the Ascendon SaaS Services to a third-party or internal Customer solution.

  • CSG shall provide Hosting, technical support and operational maintenance for the Sandbox Environment of the Ascendon System as part of the Ascendon SaaS Services.

  • During the Order Term of any Ascendon Service Order and any Ascendon Transition Period, CSG shall provide maintenance and support for the Ascendon System and Ascendon SaaS Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Article 4 and Attachment 4 (“Ascendon Support Services”).

  • A Customer’s right to access and utilize the Ascendon System and Ascendon SaaS Services requires Customer to execute with CSG an Ascendon Service Order under this Exhibit.

Related to Ascendon SaaS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed as a professional athlete or agrees to render services as a player on a professional sports team or with a professional sports organization.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • link services means all new services necessary to connect the internal services to the bulk services; and

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Supportive services means those services and activities provided in con- nection with minority business enter- prise programs which are designed to increase the total number of minority businesses active in the highway pro- gram and contribute to the growth and eventual self-sufficiency of individual minority businesses so that such busi- nesses may achieve proficiency to com- pete, on an equal basis, for contracts and subcontracts.
