ASBA Bidder definition

ASBA Bidder means all Bidders except Anchor Investors.
ASBA Bidder means any Bidder (other than an Anchor Investor) in the Offer who intends to submit a Bid;
ASBA Bidder means a Bidder not being a QIB, who intends to apply to the Offer under ASBA Process. ;

Examples of ASBA Bidder in a sentence

  • In case of discrepancy in the data entered in the electronic book vis-à-vis the data contained in the physical or electronic Bid cum Application Form, for a particular ASBA Bidder, the Registrar to the Issue shall ask for rectified data from the SCSB.

  • All grievances relating to ASBA process may be addressed to the Registrar to the Issue, with a copy to the relevant SCSBs, giving full details such as name, address of the applicants, application number, number of Equity Shares applied for, Bid Amounts blocked, ASBA Account number and the Designated Branch of the SCSBs where the ASBA Bid-cum-Application Form has been submitted by the ASBA Bidder.

  • SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL2/CIR/P/2018/22, dated February 15, 2018, any ASBA Bidder whose Bid has not been considered for Allotment, due to failure on the part of any SCSB, shall have the option to seek redressal of the same by the concerned SCSB within three months of the date of listing of the Equity Shares.

  • In case of discrepancy in the data entered in the electronic book vis-à-vis the data contained in the physical or electronic Bid Cum Application Form, for a particular ASBA Bidder, the Registrar to the Issue shall ask the relevant SCSBs / Syndicate Member / RTAs / DPs / Stock Brokers, as the case may be, for rectified data.

  • All grievances relating to ASBA may be addressed to the Registrar to the Issue, with a copy to the relevant SCSBs, giving full details such as name, address of the Bidder, number of Equity Shares for which the Bidder applied, Bid Amounts blocked, ASBA Account number and the Designated Branch of the SCSBs where the ASBA Form has been submitted by the ASBA Bidder.

  • Upon submission of a completed Bid cum Application Form each ASBA Bidder may be deemed to have agreed to block the entire Bid Amount and authorized the Designated Branch of the SCSB to block the Bid Amount specified in the Bid cum Application Form in the ASBA Account maintained with the SCSBs.

  • All grievances relating to ASBA process may be addressed to the Registrar to the Issue, with a copy to the relevant SCSBs, giving full details such as name, address of the applicants, number of Equity Shares applied for, Bid Amounts blocked, ASBA Account number and the Designated Branch of the SCSBs where the ASBA Bid-cum-Application Form has been submitted by the ASBA Bidder.

Related to ASBA Bidder

  • The Bidder means the individual or firm who participates in this tender and submits its bid.

  • Qualified Bidder(s means a Bidder who fulfills the eligibility criteria listed out in the E-Auction Process Information Document.

  • Qualified Bidder As defined in Section 7.01(c).

  • Bidder/Bidding Company means Bidding Company submitting the Bid. Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company / including its successors, executors and permitted assigns as the context may require;

  • Selected Bidder means the bidder who has been selected by DMRC, pursuant to the bidding process for award of license.

  • Bidder means the legal entity which submits a Bid for consideration by City in accordance with the Invitation For Bid.

  • BC Bid means the BC Bid website located at www.bcbid.ca;

  • Eligible Bidder(s) means Bidder(s) who are eligible in terms of this E-Auction Process Memorandum, provisions of IBC and provisions of the Liquidation Process Regulations;

  • Successful Bidder(s) means the bidder(s) to whom work in this tender is awarded.

  • Successful Bidder As defined in Section 7.01(c).

  • Selected Bidder or Successful Bidder means the Bidder selected pursuant to this RfS to set up the Project and supply electrical output as per the terms of PPA.

  • Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects
