As Builts definition

As Builts means drawings prepared by the Contractor that show the original design drawings revised to reflect any changes made in the field, i.e., design changes issued by change order, component relocations required for coordination, rerouting of distribution systems, etc., and that show the exact dimensions and locations of work that will be concealed during construction.

As Builts. Any document prepared and submitted by District Contractor that details on a Conforming Set, the actual construction performed during the Project, including changes necessitated by Construction Change Documents and change orders, and detailed by the District’s construction Contractor on a Conforming Set.
