Artist Agreement. Any agreement or contract (written or oral) between the Partnership and an artist, entertainer or performer by which such artist, entertainer or performer agrees to appear and perform at a live concert or other performance at the Amphitheater. Artist Agreement means any agreement, including all amendments thereto, between the Company and artists (or third party furnishing companies) providing the Company the right to the recording services of one or more artists and/or the rights to the results and proceeds of such services, and the right to Masters embodying the performance of such artist(s), whether under a so-called exclusive recording agreement, production agreement, multi-artist production agreement, license agreement, label agreement, joint venture agreement or otherwise.
