Articles of Amendment and Restatement definition

Articles of Amendment and Restatement means the Articles of Amendment and Restatement of the Corporation as in effect from time to time (including any and all amendments and supplements thereto and restatements thereof).

Articles of Amendment and Restatement means the Articles of Amendment and Restatement of Hanover substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
