Articles of Amalgamation definition

Articles of Amalgamation means the articles of amalgamation giving effect to the Amalgamation required under the OBCA to be filed with the Director;
Articles of Amalgamation means the Articles of Amalgamation with respect to the Amalgamation.
Articles of Amalgamation means the articles of amalgamation of Amalco substantially in the form set out in Schedule A hereto.

  • The authorized capital of Amalco shall consist of an unlimited number of Amalco Shares, the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attaching to which shall be as set out in the Articles of Amalgamation annexed hereto as Exhibit “A”.

More Definitions of Articles of Amalgamation

Articles of Amalgamation means the articles of amalgamation to be filed with the Ministry in order to effect the Amalgamation, substantially in the form agreed to between the Amalgamating Parties;
Articles of Amalgamation means the articles of amalgamation entered into as a result of this Agreement;
