Articles Amendment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(a).

Articles Amendment mean the articles of amendment to the articles of incorporation of Comcast in the form attached as Exhibit D-4.

Articles Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

Articles Amendment means an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation in substantially the same form as Exhibit D hereto.

Articles Amendment means the Articles of Amendment of the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, as Amended, of Rentech, Inc., as included in the Plan Supplement.
