Arrears Period definition

Arrears Period means, in respect of any Unpaid Preference Share Dividends, the period from the day following the date on which such Unpaid Preference Share Dividends were due to be paid up to and including the day on which they are actually paid in full;
Arrears Period means, in respect of any Unpaid Dividends, the period from the date on which such Unpaid Dividends should have been authorised and/or paid in accordance with these Preference Share Terms up to and including the day on which they are actually paid in full;

  • For this purpose, the rate of arrears interest shall be the interest rate on the Commercial Securities plus interest at an annual rate of 1%, which shall be calculated for the Arrears Period on the basis of a 365-day year.

  • The In Arrears Period during which the Clearing Member may satisfy its cash delivery obligations will be from 2:01 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. During this interval, it may make partial payments that will be discounted from the Settlement at Expiration Balance.

  • The Treasury Directorate will notify the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, the Transactions Directorate, the Risks Directorate, the Office of the Compliance Officer and the Legal Sub-directorate that the Clearing Member is now in an In Arrears Period so that the suspension of its transactions be evaluated.

  • Administration Fee means the fee calculated in accordance with clause 3.1. Arrears Period has the meaning given in clause 4.14(a).

Related to Arrears Period

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Arrears for this purpose means, in respect of a Loan, on any date that two or more Monthly Payments have become due and remain unpaid by the relevant Borrower, and this reporting line relates to repurchases under clause 8.11 of the Mortgage Sale Agreement.

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;

  • Semi-Annual Period means each of: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including June 30; and the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including December 31.

  • Month means calendar month.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Proration Month means the month for which capacity is to be allocated under Item 7.

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.
