Examples of Arrangers in a sentence
The Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, Lead Arrangers and each Lender and their respective Affiliates (collectively, solely for purposes of this paragraph, the “Lenders”), may have economic interests that conflict with those of the Loan Parties.
Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers or Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Bank or an Issuing Bank hereunder.
The Agents (other than the Administrative Agent) and the Arrangers, each in their respective capacities as such, shall have no duties or responsibilities, and shall incur no liabilities, under this Agreement.
