Areas definition

Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

Areas means areas specified in this tender in general and any other areas specified by the Registrar/Officer-in-charge.

Examples of Areas in a sentence

• The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

• Areas of Authority property are impacted by the past release of pollutants that are regulated by FDEP.

More Definitions of Areas

Areas means such areas within DAS notified areas as mentioned in Annexure II of this RIO in respect of which a request has been made by the Broadcaster for carriage of its channels through the Cable Television Network of SITI SSDM and /or through its affiliated cable networks.
